Ctrl Alt is a recent new startup that is on a mission to make it simple, transparent and secure for everyday individuals like you and I to invest in the previously exclusive world of alternative assets only accessible to the wealthiest in society. It will enable investments in alternative assets with as little as £10.

It recently launched in the U.K in 2022, and has seen major transaction since then like ‘tokenizing’ their first property. For those of you who know me; I am obsessed with investing in alternative investments (I literally have wine in storage) I find this mission to be really exciting and will launch on November 17th.

The Ctrl Alt team started by Matt Ong (CEO), Ele Ward (CMO), Matt Acheson (CPO), Jordan McMullen (COO), Jack Spargo (CTO) and raised £2.2M (that’s $2.7M) by 365 Fintech, Forward Partners , Middlegame Ventures and Enterprise Ireland.

The free-to-use app allows its users to access alternative assets like property, sustainability projects and more by purchasing digital shares that have legal recourse to the underlying asset. They partnered with blockchain partner Algorand, allowing them to able to take full advantage of a digital format that is operationally efficient, secure and transferable.
